As a passionate startup entrepreneur, Steve began his journey in 1999 with the launch of SMO Technology, a pioneering IT support business.
After 8 successful years, he sold the company and transitioned into software development, creating Connect2Field, a groundbreaking SaaS application.
This venture caught the attention of Fleetmatics (NYSE:FLTX), leading to an acquisition, and is now part of the Verizon family.
In 2014, Steve Orenstein founded Zoom2u, further expanding his portfolio of cutting-edge businesses. Continuing the momentum, he began building Locate2u in 2019 - a powerful SaaS platform designed to help companies efficiently manage their own fleet of drivers.
Zoom2u and Locate2u are both owned by Zoom2u Technologies, a publicly traded company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol ASX:Z2U.
